April 22nd of this year will make the 40th anniversary of Earth Day. In the 40 years that Earth Day has been around, we as a planet have become so much more conscience of what we must do in order to keep the Earth around and thriving.

Many of you have joined the green movement in different ways and of course EcoZeal.com is most thrilled when it learns of the various ways that people are making a difference through eco-friendly fashion. Buying items made up of such materials as bamboo fabrics, organic cotton, free range wool, eco-silk, and the like really do add to the positive impact that we are all having on our planet.

Now more than ever people are wanting to find eco-friendly stores that sell products they know will make less of a dent on the Earth and still make them look great. Thanks to the Internet and the green movement overall, these types of shops and boutiques are now only a few short clicks away.

While we should all do out parts everyday and not just on EarthDay, if we take the time to shop with an eco-savvy mindset there is nothing we can’t find. For every non eco-friendly article of clothing there is, there is an equally good, if not better, article of sustainable fashion that helps us keep the Earth happy and us happy as a result.
