Some of my more recent posts have shown the initiative that college students have been taking in order to make this planet a green planet by way of eco-friendly fashion. Is this a trend that will continue to thrive?

They say that the children are the future and although college kids are hardly children they are indeed the future. In the not so old days the eco-friendly movement seemed to be reserved for the colleges way out on the west coast and those students earned the label ‘hippy.’ Now colleges all across the country are having eco-savvy students designing all sorts of fashions using hemp, organic cotton, eco-silk, and more.

From Florida to California and even in the most of obscure places such as Buffalo these students are blazing forth with the eco-friendly movement using fashion as their main weapon. Mark my words, this will not be a fading trend, but more likely one that will catch fire; major fire.

No longer are these college students considered hippies, but rather just plain hip! EcoZeal.com loves the eco-friendly movement and hopes to continue to see more college students take the initiative needed to ensure that our great planet is going to be around for many generations to come.
