Chrisi A. has got to have the hottest sewing machine north of the border. Her wild, crazy creations are conglomerations of old jeans and you-name-it: vintage fabrics, T-shirts, trimming scraps and the like. The end results are stunningly fun tops, pants, skirts, purses and bags. Everything she offers is recycled and yes, she does custom work. In fact, you can even send her your old pair of jeans or other garment  and she’ll send it back – transformed into a funky piece of original, one-of-a-kind wearable art.

Or how about that collection of old T-shirts you can’t get rid of for sentimental reasons? Chrisi will turn them into a striking and unique quilt sure to become a conversation piece as well as a treasured memento.
