Why GREEN is the new wave of hip?
You hear it all the time, “Going green is so in.” But why is the green movement the new and hip thing to do?
Maybe it is because there are so many famous starts that grace the Red Carpet who are taking a green stand. Maybe it is because there is a number of green boutiques and shops opening up in what seems like every corner of the Earth. Then again, maybe we as people are just seeing the error of our past ways.
For too long now we have all ignored the warning signs and now we have to focus on our carbon footprints and how much recyclable materials we place at the curb once a week. Really, whatever gains momentum for the green movement is fine by me, but the reason it has become so hip to be green is that everyone is doing it.
EcoZeal.com loves the fact that this trend has caught on and is thrilled that sales of organic cotton, hemp, eco-silk, and the like are hitting all time highs. Hopefully, the trend will continue for some time and will not peak until the world is a much better and healthier planet to live on. Keep thinking GREEN…each and everyday.
